anyone know how to get goldfish to pay the £41 that was promised via quidco

goldfish apparently don't have the details of the transaction that i carreid out via the quidco site.
I find this hard to believe, given that i'm a programmer.Has anyone managed to get the money out of them?

I have absolutely no intention of activating my card unless they do so.

If it hasn't tracked and been validated then your only chance is to ask Quidco to look into it for you.

Remember that cashback through sites like Quidco and CashBackKings is a bonus and isn't guaranteed.

I've got £ 75 outstanding from More Th>n that's been validated since 17th February but still hasn't been paid yet. Cest la vie.

I did this offer 6 months ago or more. From what I recall it didn't track until AFTER the card was activated.

If it didn't track when you undertook the transaction, then you have to raise an Enquiry on Quidco. If you have, and it's failed, then there's nothing you can do. If not, raise an Enquiry.

Quidco cashback is not guaranteed. Sometimes things go wrong; a polite letter to Goldfish might help, but it's unlikely.
