Amtrak turned up today with a box of cider from Brothers. But they were all smashed so the driver took it away again. I'm gutted. What do you think the chances are that they will send me a replacement?

The same thing happened to me when I won a comp for £250 worth of kitchen appliances, 3 times I had to send the oven/microwave back as each time the glass at the front had been smashed in transit, they were great! I am sure if you call them politely they will send replacements out to you right away!

Congratulations on the win, if the courier took them away, they should be replaced, as it was damaged whilst in transit. I would just let the company know what had happened.
