Dell laptop warranty..

When we bought our laptop from dell we had an extended warranty offer for something like 5 years for the price of 2?? something like that anyway..i paid for it and never got anything through the post..now the mouse bit has broken and im wondering if i have a leg to stand on has have nothing to prove i have paid for it..
Any ideas please.

If you go to Dell's website, go into the Support options and then click on Check Warranty Status and enter the tag number. This will confirm the warranty and take you to the support options.

Thank you so much for that..very easy! i have 69 days left!

After ringing them and being on the phone for 48 mins we got no where and they are sending an engineer out on monday to replace the part! what freaked me out was he had to access the laptop to do the checks on it and could see everything i had on it..he commented on my cat screen saver etc!! weird hey! anyway hopefully it will get sorted..thanks again saved me a lot of hunting around.
