Incoming calls not accepted??

On trying to phone a friend last night, I received a pre-recorded BT message saying the number does not accept incoming calls. Is this some kind of error on her line? I've never come across this before?

You can get a line made not to accept incoming calls. Or your friend may be in the middle of a transfer eg. BT to Talktalk.
But report it if you think it's a mistake.0 -
also she may not have paid her bill on time so her service might have been suspended.0
