https://www.nationalrail.co.uk will give you times and prices (you may get a groupsave price for that many people

most train companies will have special arrangments for wheelchair travel - ring 08457 484950 and ask them for the relevant phone number

Best bet is to go into Doncaster station and book cheap advance singles. They should be able to book a disabled seat. Cost should be the same as online booking

You may be a little early for booking - the 12 week 'deadline' is not always adhered to very strictly though NXEC are among the better operators.

    Look at http://www.hulltrains.co.uk/ as well.

No they won't. NXEC advance tickets are 10% cheaper booking through https://www.nxeastcoast.co.uk. You can request assistance/wheelchair space by clicking on assistance request once you've gone through to the buy tickets section. It's under Preferred coach/near to selections.

But if you're not a regular user you may feel more comfortable with dzug's suggestion and going to the station.
Did you really mean to put loose?
Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place
