    I'm actually on the other end of the scale, not thin or anthing i'm about a size 12, but my legs are really skinny!

    I can't find a pair of bookts that will fit my legs without falling down, even when wearing really thick hiking socks ;)

    i can't even wear those pull up thingys because i look like Nora Batty after 5 steps! Any help for me as well guys so i don't have to start a new post?

    Ohh and apparently they take your boots in, in some key/ re heeling places, i went in and asked and they want £70 for doing it !!!!!! Hmm i dont think so :-/

    Slightly off topic, but would anyone in their right mind buy boots with pink or white shag pile carpet on the outside? Saw them in one of our local shoe shops the other day and was mind-boggled!

    I'm obviously too fixated with practical ... don't they get filthy and matted if it rains? Or do you take them off in inclement weather?

  • I got a pair of black leather boots from Clarks last year which were a wide calf fit - don't know if they are doing a similar pair this year, but it is worth asking!

  • this is my first post and im not sure if it will help but i bought a pair of suede knee high wedge boots from matalan last week. I was surprised that they fitted!! and they were a bargain at £30!Hope this helps someone!
