Only asking because if we have already entered, we had to have ticked the box that says

COMPETITION ENTRY RULES

A free entry coupon can be obtained by sending an SAE to Take a Break's Puzzle Magazines, 24-28 Oval Road, London NW1 7DT, stating clearly the magazine name and issue number required.

Entries on a postcard will be accepted, provided they arrive by the closing date. Postcards should be set out like the entry coupon. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are delayed, damaged, mislaid or wrongly delivered. We can accept only one entry coupon per envelope.
The £5,000 competition is being run in conjunction with participating titles in the Take a Break Puzzle Magazines range.
A winning entry is the first correct answer drawn corresponding to the particular competition prize offered. Prize winners will be notified by post on headed 'Take a Break' notepaper and the results published. Winners must agree to the publication of their names and photos. The Editor's decision is final and
no correspondence can be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

so only the ones we entered at first will be accepted,
i've sent an email to them again complaining about the mix-up & saying that the page 41 wasn't on the form in the first place, so am waiting again for them to reply :rolleyes:
you can text the entry in for 25p if you want to try again as it's classed as a different entry , will post the details on..
