Lloyds TSB car insurance - UK call centre?

Please can anyone tell me if Lloyds TSB car insurance call centre is in the UK?

I have my insurance with Lloyds TSB and I've always spoken to British soundling people.
I have claim going through at the moment and so far I'm quite happy with the service I've received.
I phoned them initially to correct a small error.
Called them recently to get a quote for additional drivers
And I've called them a few times recently in connection with my claim.
So whilst I can't tell you where their call center it, I've certainly called them many times on different departments.
I found their admin fees quite acceptable when I wanted to add additional drivers (it was about £15 which I felt was quite good).
