Changing to capped tariff How on earth do i do that?

Hi i was trying to change my supply to a capped tariff due to the expected increase in price, but every time i go into energy helpline it does not show the capped tariff what di i do so that it shows the capped rates?

The capped/fixed price tariffs are down at the bottom of the page when you see your results.
Are you looking at dual fuel? If its gas only there wont be any showing up as they are dual fuel or electric only.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
