When I phoned for my disappointing re-projection I made the complaints I listed above. I have just opened a letter fropm Phoenix, which I assume is their response to my complaint, which simply restates the standard guff about projections not being guarantees etc etc blah blah, and ignores the complaint completely. I guess I'll have to complain again. I guess Phoenix will ignore me agin in the hope I will get bored and gp away.
Now here's an irony - this news item http://www.investorsassociation.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9876
suggests that Phoenix is going to run the fund efficiently and that the chairman, who has made millions from Phoenix, is a public benefactor. I have yet to be persuaded.0 -
