I have not used my virgin card for ages and rang to see what offers I could have.....they offered

0% untill March with a 2.98% fee

Anyone know any ways or what to say to get the fee cut or the offer for longer?

Also, if I transfer £4500......and pay the full fee.....whats that the equivalent of in terms of a rate?

Thanks

Call 'loyalty' on 0800 783 1116, but read this article first...

    Roughly 2.98% / 9 x 12 = 3.97% APR, although it'll depend on your statement date...the later in the month the better.

I managed to get 0% until March 2009 with 2% fee on MBNA but they wouldn't budge any further than that.

    Well done! :T

I guess it all depends who you get on the phone on the day. I was really pushing for 12mths @ 0% but couldn't get him to budge so decided to attack the BT fee instead :rotfl:

Actually just checked my account and realised they've capped it at £75 instead of 2% so even better than I thought! :D

This is my first time asking for a further deal with MBNA having paid off the initial 0% BT in May.

Not yet seen your Egg post so will go look now :)
