Too wide ranging and impossible to answer. What tax benefits are you looking to reduce or avoid. Capital gains tax?, inheritance tax?, income tax?

Erm. Please use directly an IFA or go straight to a lender for advice. This area is too fine line and requires expertise and not a straight forward answer which you can google!
