tomtom go 300

Hi I'm new to this and computers so appologies in advance if i get anything wrong.I have a tom tom go 300 and wanted to get all the free speed camara database downloaded from pocket gps. I know someone else mentioned this on an earlier posting but I am not very good with computers and can not make head nor tail of what I have to do to get the free downloads to work. I have looked at an idiots guide on pocket gps but that has not made things any clearer to me could anyone please help by explaining exactly what i have to do?

Dont have a TomTom Go so not sure of the setup, however, I've a PDA which is running TomTom and basically all I do with that is copy the files from the ov2bmp files folder into the map folder on the storage card.

I'd assume a similar system must be used for the Go
