Hello,kinda a strange question really!
I have just started learning to drive with a reputable driving school in my area which is registerd with the DSA and aparently has full insurance.
Me being the paranoid type wants to know.....if for some reason I crashed the car would I have to pay anything? I was told im insured to drive the car but I never signed anything.
Any help or advice welcome,cheers!

Simple answer, NO!
National driving schools have insurance that covers all their vehicles, independent ADI's have insurance cover through specialist companies and in the event of an accident there would be no claim against the pupil.0 -
Hi,
I actually had an accident whilst learning to drive in an instructors car it wasn't my fault but when i got home all my instructor asked me for was my driver licence number..
The next week i got to drive in a different car he hired..0 -

It is however prudent to see a copy of their insurance policy as if it has lapsed / cancelled or incorrect use then you could be charged with driving a vehicle without the required insurance cover.0
