    Hi the e8400 is a super cpu but you may well consider the e2200, saving £80, and getting a decent graphics card -8600, ddr3 , and a budget p35 o/clocking board like ip35-e or p5k or ds3l -all 55 to 60 quid.
    I have e2180 @3330ghz on cheap cooler with ip35-e. e8400 will go 4ghz easy but you will not use it's capacity for more than a tiny fraction of time.
    Heard they went to moon with 386 cpu but now I've seen Capricorn One.
