Apparently what is on Aol's website about broadband offers is rubbish.
15 pounds a month is if you are in a LLU enabled BT exchange.
Otherwise it's 20 quid a month.
LLU only came in recent years,
I'm not in an LLU enabled area.
Why hasn't my broadband cost jumped in price?
I believe anybody that pays this tariff is being ripped off.

Just ring customer services and demand a lower bill. They always reduce the cost if you're pushy enough.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

Not with Aol - nor ever will be.
Just feel sorry for anybody who's been paying 20 quid for an Aol package which should be 15.
No justification for the 33% price hike !!0 -
errrr what are you on about? Do you know anything about the costs of rental on a BTw line versus maintaining your own kit?
Simple answer is LLU kit (owned by the ISP) is cheaper to run than the ISP renting from BT, hence they pass on the savings...
Nearly all LLU / BTw providers have two teirs.... Sky, O2 etc etc...
Waste of a post.0
