Great service from Littlewoods

Hi
Bought a TV from Littlewoods catalouge last year and on Sunday it lost all digital channels and they would not tune back in as they had done previously. So Monday phoned Littlewoods expecting them to say not our problem, phone manufacturer....but no they gave an number to contact which I duly phoned again expecting very little after a bit of confusion on my part they said someone would phone and arrange to check TV.
Again thinking yeah alright won't hold breath, when an hour later phone call recived and engineer advised earliest could come out was Wednesday double checked they ment this Wednesday and yes they did!
Engineer came out and TV will be expensive to repair and report will go back to Littlewoods who would advise of what they would/could do next.
Well am awaiting this phone call, but am really impresed that so far this took all of three days, and everyone was really helpful throughout.
