Motorola RAZR V3i Delivery Notification

Hi,
I've decided to ditch my V3 phone and move to my V3i!
However, I cannot seem to find a way to put Delivery Notification on normal text messages.
On the V3 when you go to send a text message, you had 4 options prior to sending, this one just sends the message straight away after selecting the recipients.
Can anyone help please, as there seems to be nothing on the web about it!
