  • 68p a day for us.
Started off at 7.99 a day 3 years ago but since then we have started overpaying by 267 pounds a month + any shares that we have are sold to pay off lump sums
we have benifited from being on a tracked that was taken out at just the right time started off paying 6.79% then 2 months later interest rates started to fall + we now pay 1.5% :).
We have 8 years left on our mortgage but are aiming to pay it off in 3,just in time for my 40th birthday :j

  • £8.84 a day NOW but as from the 20 April we're going onto a 3 year fix so it will be more like £18 a day!! EEEk!!

Nothing like an incentive to make more overpayments!!
