Oooh you're beating me by 0.92 pence per day - that's 27p per month! :)

I'm guessing you meant per month and not per week.
  • We pay nothing in interest as we are 100% offset :)

  • I reckon £3.75 a day. Five years ago it was around £12. I vowed to try to make the amount of capital repaid at least the same as the interest charged on the capital. You forever hear that 'you only pay interest in the early years'. I thought I could break out of this mindset by overpaying what I could. The capital to interest repayment ratio at present is 8:1.

    £8.73 for me.

2 years and 3 months later and it's gone down to 90p a day!

    That's £235 less each month.

Some will be due to the drop in interest rates, but most is due to overpaying :)
