oooooo currently £19.42 per day but thats at SVR starting on 1 July assuming the remortgage doesnt go through... will be about £15 once remortgage goes through... then the overpayments begin! Dunno about 3year challange but hoping to realistically get done in 12-14!

I get a monthly statement that shows the daily ballances of my offset accounts and the interest saved(so can work out the actual interest cost)

Most days it is ZERO.

When the SMFs owed £250k, we had an interest rate of 4.054% at it's lowest (to die for:o) so the interest rate per day was about £25. Now we owe £147k - interest rate 5.5% and per day that's about ......£25:rotfl:
