Capped electricity
Options
Hi! I am in the process of changing my electricity supplier. My present supplier has rung to try to persuade me to stay with them, one argument being that all companies offering capped charges have a clause in the small print allowing them to opt out of this obligation at any time. Does anyone know if this is true??

No it is not true! You can opt out but not the company!
What would be the point of capping the prices if the company could renege on the deal.0
