                                  in Credit cards

In May I bought a laptop, the advertising stated that I was able to get some free RAM by contacting the manufacturer. The manufacturer stated when I contacted them, on an automated recorded voice, that I must contact the retailer.
The retailer said that they were trying to sort things out and to try again at the end of June.
The free RAM offer is no longer on the web page advertising the laptop I bought, although I have a screen shot and a copy of the web page that shows that when I bought the laptop, the offer was still there.
I paid via credit card - if the retailer does not supply the RAM, can I legitimately contact the credit card company and have the transaction canceled? I am considering how best to force them to give me what they advertised when I bought the laptop.

I don't think they will agree to a cancellation but they should pay for the RAM and for someone to install it for you.0
