You can get cashback from both of these via Quidco.com
Or you can phone them up and ask for a quote based on the holiday you have seen online...often it comes up cheaper when you phone them anyway but then you can ask if they can do it any cheaper...
I managed to get £400 off a holiday for Summer 09 through Portland...I then said can you knock another £80 off as I can get 3% cashback online...and they did!

Also...you can take your online quote into one of the shops and they will match it...and you can often get money off vouchers off ebay for a few quid.
There are a few different types of vouchers, look for the "money off new booking " type if you are taking them into the shop to book.0
