I wanted to ring my local PC World store.
As you cannot ring them directly, you have to call an 0870 number.
After listening to their 'jingle' then a further amount of options, I was then put on hold for Customer Service.
Eventually I spoke to a human (somewhere in India)
who insisted in asking me a load of unrelated questions,
and sais she would put me through.
The line went quiet and I looked at call timer which indicated this call had so far lasted 5mins and 45 seconds.
I discontinued the call, got in my car and was at the local PC World store in 10 minutes.
Infuriating or what!!!!!!!!!!!!!
