Nevermind, i think i figured it out. umm, silly question, what does a red circle with 'arranged to pay' mean? I guess red means bad but how bad exactly? I had two of them about six months apart but the last of the two was over a year ago.0

            Yup, red is bad.
They're on your file for 6 years from when you SETTLE the account, so if it was last year then it'll be there for at least another 5, but the negative effect should get less with time if everything else is good.
Don't forget to cancel the free trial before you're charged for it - you need to phone them to cancel it."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
Ouch. Oh well, too late to fret now, i just better keep my finances in good nick from now on. Thanks for the advice, have cancelled equifax now so i don't get charged.

I cancelled by phone but got email that sounded like I was still on scheme. Emailed them to confirm cancelled and they said they had now cancelled it for me....sounded like phone cancellation didn't work. might be worth doing it by email0

Phone cancellation worked for me, but I wouldn't be surprised if they "lost" a few phone cancellations. You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0
