Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is not transferable, non-combinable and there is no cash alternative.
2. The prize is for two people sharing a Royal Towers water view room at the Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas on room only basis.
3. It includes two return economy class British Airways tickets from London to Nassau and transfers to Atlantis.
4.The prize does not include UK domestic airport transfers
5. The validity of the prize is from 1st August 2008 – 31st August 2009 (excluding 19 Jul – 16 Aug, 18 Dec 08 – 01 Jan 09, 21 Mar – 29 April 09 and is subject to availability.
6. If the winner does not choose an accompanying travel partner the other ticket will be forfeited. Both travellers must travel together.
7. Taxes, gratuities, service charges and travel insurance are not included in the prize and the latter is strongly advised.
8. Closing date for the competition is 7th July 2008.
9. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by telephone or email by 15th July 2008.
10. The competition is open to UK residents only.
