Lost C/C number, how do I find it

I am helping a distant relative to reclaim bank and C/C charges.
He has sent of the first template letter to his Bank.
However we have problems with his C/C. This he finally paid of and cancelled 2 years ago. He then moved house and destroyed all old paper work. All records of this C/C have disappeared and of course we can not do anything without the number.
The C/C was a LLoyds TSB Visa card.
How do we go about finding this number.
Help and advise please.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.
