Today i received my subscription copy of marie-claire, it has a lovely free shopping bag with it. Its cream with black poppies on it. I don't usually like the free gifts with mags (naff flip flops and the like) but this is really nice. I thought it would be a nice filler if you're trying to get a till spit, especially if theres a printable coupon about.

I'll second that - they actually sent me 2 so I gave one to my friend! They're really lovely!
    My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Total £4151.44 | £2900.30 of £7051.74 paid off since diary started October 2024.

Has anyone else had any problems with the ponds night cream, it says on the box that you will feel you face tingle but I feel like I need to scratch my skin off! It doesnt leave a rash or anything but I just can not cope with the itchy feeling!
Take it back for a full refund if you arent happy. I have done this with Botanics Face Cream which was awful for my poor skin!! Boots were v apologetic and gave a full refund

Just make sure to use your card at the till each time you checkout, and Boots will get the idea and start giving you vouchers before long. :)

BTW never got any JK emery boards - if someone wants to swap for some ponds regenerativ eye serum please pm me!

I've been waiting for that bag since I saw it advertised in last month's issue, and am looking forward to buying it at Boots for a pound. Here's a coupon for MC. It expires 31 July; just cut out the part with the picture of last month's mag.

I don't know when it ends, but it seems it's just been out a week or two so I would bet it's around for a least a couple of weeks? Or possibly even until they are all gone, as those gwps seem to linger for months.

They do usually yes, though in my area, apart from my most local store they have disappeared. And I don't like to do my most cheeky transactions where I'm known!!

Mmm i wonder if the 2 for £4 nail varnish vouchers will still be valid to get this 17 gwp?

It won't because the retro GWP starts on 16th July and the current nail varnish glitch ends on 15th July. That's not to say there won't be some other wonderful new deal we can use....:D

Went to 3 different Boots yesterday but couldn't find any mag left.

Anybody got spare voucher of Trevor Sorbie Professional Long Hair range from the mag? I got pc voucher for Trevor Sorbie so would try to combine this two. I'll send an SAE.
  • Does anyone have a pair of Marie Claire flip flops in S/M size they'd be happy to swap for M/L instead? If so PM me your details and I will post you my too-big pair. Mine are brown, not sure if they came in other colours but am not fussy so long as they are S/M.

    To Jill, Jeff and Charlotte,

My thoughts are with you all over the coming months. I have always loved "In the Arms of the Angels". Whatever you choose will always have a special place in your heart.

This is one beautiful song, and reduces me to tears whenever I hear it. Foolishly I clicked on the link, and cried even more watching the video:cry::cry:

  • Me again... with news of today's shop:

Venus Breeze 3.99 - used Max Factor GWP voucher for £4 off venus breeze so FREE
    5 x cow and gate baby food - 2.00

Had hope this might generate a till spit but it didn't. Considered going for one of the BOGOF disposable cameras in conjunction with PC get one free coupon but didn't. Think I've made new BF with an SA. Either that or she's one of Mr B's spies. Today she asked me how my weekend was! And the security guard regularly blows kisses at DS!!!:rotfl:
