    Tragic News

Hello ladies, I have something to tell you and it is hard to find the words to say this to you. But one of our Girls has contacted me with some tragic news. She has asked if I can post a message here on her behalf.

Livermumof2 whose name is Jill, has had a tragic bereavement, she has lost her beautiful baby boy Thomas.

Thomas was just 8 months old and he died on Wednesday Morning of Meningitis.

Jill said "He got meningitis and fought for 3 long hours but he couldn't keep fighting. It was so sudden and quick." She is devastated and is feeling so lost and I am trying to support her by posting this message for her.

Jill posted recently that her Mum is due to undergo major surgery for secondary Cancer, so she was already under great pressure anyway. Her world has fallen apart.

No words can take away her pain, for there is no pain like the death of your much adored child, It is a pain like no other bereavement, but perhaps we can support her with our thoughts, prayers and kind wishes.

She has already, in her thoughtfulness apologised to me if she does not answer my PM's, which in itself will show what kind of a brave woman she is, and as Jill said to me :A " My life revolves around my kids" :A

I cannot find any other words to say except that life is so very cruel at times, and none of us should ever, ever take it for granted. Thanks

Oh god no that's dreadful news.

Jill I'm so sorry to hear this sending love to you and all your family at such a sad time.

In our thought Rubes & family xxx

    Thomas RIP little one :A

    Hi
I've not been on this thread much recently (have been following it but not posting).

I can't begin to imagine the grief and pain Jill and her family must be feeling, however, I wanted to pass on how sad I was to read Pollsdolls post about Jill's tragic loss of baby Thomas and send my love and thoughts to her and her family at this very sad time. I won't PM Jill as I am sure her inbox will be full in no time.

My thoughts are with you and your family. -xx-

What terrible news! I am so saddened to read of this, especially after learning about her mum and the selfless way she was hoping to cheer her up with some Boots goodies. You could just tell what a lovely, giving woman she was by her threads.

    Jill,
I'm struggling to find the words to explain how deeply I feel your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this awful, awful time.
