I am getting back to you all very gradually. I see what you all mean about this pm problem, what a nightmare :mad: hadn't experienced it before now, but it is a pain in the a*!

I logged in to find 9 pm's which are going to take me at least 5400 second to reply to :rotfl: :mad:

got till spit


just read my reciept and it says...
total savings today 2.50
including £1.00 health club save

i'm not in the health club....

I've noticed this before and I think it's because of the Boots mag. For some reason it goes through as a health club save.

hi, i am new to this thread but been reading for a while now and finally i have given up my job so now have the time to go into town to boots so hope to join you all more often lol

i went in yesterday armed with my £5 no7 voucher and my double points coupon, went to the acm and got a 500 points voucher for no7 skincare too which also says on the bottom (available in cosmetics), so i bought..

no7 moisture foundation £10
no7 anti cellulite cream :rotfl: reduced down to £5
no7 anti ageing lip and eye screen £5.75
*all on 3for2*
as well as a few other items

well when i went to pay i gave her the 500 points coupon first and it beeped, she refused to put it through even though she could see i had spent over the £10 and she offered to go get the no7 woman (who i had already harrased for a good 15 minutes deciding what face cream to buy only to not get any so i said dont bother as i couldn't deal with the hassle and embarresment with a line behind me

does anyone know if i should of been entitled to the points and is it worth emailing CS and saying i will take it back for a refund if its not honured as i wouldn't of bought the extra 2 items if i didn't think i would get the points, i only need the foundation ?? also if i am entitled to the points would my double points coupon make the 500 points 1000??

**also just for ref there was one BRITA FILTER JUG onthe display stand at £4.70 or something very similar :eek: wow what a bargain - this was fareham**

Did your ACM voucher say no7 *skincare* or did it say *facial suncare*? Because many of us have gotten the one for facial suncare, and you only bought one thing that qualified (the lip and eye screen at 5.75).

Oh, and if you were entitled to the points, the double points coupon only doubles your base points, not your bonus points. Would be great if it did, though!

I like the look of that fingers crossed for a good glitch/ voucher to get it for a tiny spend
