Of course it does. Pay your bills on time = no late payment charges.

Is it that hard to work out?

The people on here are trying to help you, and what we all seem to be saying is that if you pay your bills on time, you won't get charged and you won't "have to have a go at them" Simple really :T

If you had followed the simple advice in the first place you wouldn't have to post a thread on the internet asking how to get out of not paying your bills on time.

Its a simple answer, pay them on time & budget accordingly. It then ensures that customers of Virgin, like myself, then don't have to pay increased charges in the future to subsidise those who decide not to pay their bills on time.

Set up to pay by direct debit, that way you won't end up paying late, no have non-DD charges.

If you need help with budgeting and money management, there's usually free course at night school - I used to offer such advice / help run such course.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)
