Churchill don't seem to be honouring the £20 M & S vouchers

Just wanted to say that my daughter still hasnt had any reply about these m & s vouchers and as they wont take phone calls about it they make it impossible to sort it as they don't reply to emails either. The offer was sent by email and it states do not reply to this address. It has gone over the 28 day claim period now even though she claimed within the time and again about a week later after getting no conformation apart from the mails saying they would get back within 3 days. If they don't honour this offer she wont use them again and wont recomend them to anyone else either.

Why do they say they don't deal with it on the phone? I see no reason why they shouldnt if theres a problem as theres no other way and its all the same company. would it be a good idea to email m&s maybe they should know there are problems getting this offer and there seems no way of sorting it through churchill either

Anyone else having the same thing? and does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it sorted? Shes saved the emails she sent and the replies saying they will get back in 3 days that should be proof they were sent within the time surely as they say they are not responsible for undelivered mails
