What happens to those who have won these vouchers but haven't used them yet? Are those codes not going to be valid, I presume new ones will be sent out?

Vouchers that you have actually won yourself will be fine. It's just the ones that you credited to your account with the codes that you copied from here that will be void.

It seems as thought they take their sweet time when dealing with anything on their website - the post in the freebies thread suggests that users wait for weeks for their voucher e-mails to come through, or any other freebies (wins) that they have have legitimately won through the site.

Despite the message above from Virgin Vie, my account is still showing £10 credit from one of those codes. Daft, innit?!

Just to reassure you - all genuine winners of the competition will be able to redeem their prize. You just need to make sure you use the same email address that you used for the competition as prizes are all registered against these addresses (hope this makes sense!)

My order has gone through - but no email saying how long the goods take to be dispatched. I would be interested in using the company again if the stuff is good quality but it will be bad publicity for them if they mess up the orders.

I've won about 3 £10 vouchers but could only use one of them on my order - so what is the point of entering the competition again if the same thing is going to happen?

I won 2 on one email account (1 x £10,then 1 x £5) redeemed them through the email I provided on seperate days now they've just cancelled my second order.I won them fair and square and now because the codes have been posted on MSE I can't use the second one, 1st order has already been shipped

My daughter has just had an order cancelled even though she used 2 codes she'd legitimately won. I still have a £7.50 and a £5 to use but will wait until VV have sorted this mess out before redeeming mine for fear mine might get cancelled as well!

I'm not a happy bunny... i used a £10 voucher I won and have e-mailled back. Not holding my breath though.
