BBC News embeded video will not work

:mad: I am using XP, IE and flash (all updated) but suddenly cannot get the embedded video. The non embedded is normal and all other sites normal. All firewall / security settings seem OK. I have looked at all FAQs but nothing works and BBC help say . The error message is "This content is not available at the moment" and
code Title: akamaiAkamaiServiceError.AKAMAI_API
Description: Warning - No xml returned by Akamai IDENT

Can anyone out there help?

I can't help but I do understand your pain. Vids won't work for me on firefox though they do on IE. I've been through the FAQs and they don't tell me anything I don't already know so I'm a bit stumped. (Actually what really stumps me is that I can use iplayer to watch videos just not their embedded content on the news site - most weird).
