J script.dll problems

Hi..I am having an ongoing problem with my on line banking.This is apparently caused by an old j script.dll file. Can anyone tell me how I can find a new download for this? I have tried uninstalling and installing java with no effect.Microsoft were not a lot of help!!!!

try downloading from missing/corrupt file from here and see if it helps??????

Thanks for your help.I have downloaded a new file but I can't seem to install it.I try to rename the old file in system32 folder but i get an error message that says that the file is in use by Windows and cannot be renamed.The same thing happens when I try to replace it.Can you tell me how to do it...(without b***ering up my computer.
I was advised of a quick fix on another post which involved disabling Active Scripting.This works ok on a temporary basis but is not permanent.
I have also installed a new version of java..but still the problem exists....All help will be gratefully received.

All fixed now...downloaded new file in SAFE MODE...and it all works fine. Thanks for advice
