I didn't say you can spot a scam byt the template the site uses, I said most scammer use the same template so it makes it easier for us to spot.

Surely you have seen these sites, they all look the same and all are a scam one way or another.

You just have to look at the site to know its a scam. The template is so widely used by scammers that no legit site would dream of using that template. Only scammers use it because they fell for the scam, usually a way to make millions and as an added bonus you get the rights to sell the scam to others and a free web template to sell it.

Just read your own words, clearly that is exactly what you are saying and I'm saying I don't agree. I've bought stuff from sites that use this template and it wasn't a scam. If you think that scam artists are so stupid as to all use the "Scam template" then you are wrong. Further if you think that no one other than scam artists use a particular style of web site then again you are wrong. It would however be great if it was as simple as that.
