Cheap Conference calls for charities

Apologies if this has already been posted or I've put this in the wrong place but I'm a newbie here! This is a great site and it is wonderful to share money-saving tips.
The charity I work for (NACCPO) use Community Network for conference calls which is soooo much cheaper than commercial companies as it is a charity set up to help other charities.
A one hour call for upto 10 people costs less than £20 when with a commercial company it can be over £100! They are also really helpful and I have booked calls with very little notice.

If the former do the participants have to phone an 0845 access number to be linked up?

The price I quoted in the original post is for a 'Call in' type conference call and this is to an 0845 number which I realise is no good for people with unlimited call deals but Community Network also do 'Call out' conference calls.
