tv linking...help please.

i have 2 rooms downstairs next to each other and i have sky + in the main room,i want to view whats on sky in the 2nd room,i have coax cable already,i have tried digi senders and they dont work well in my house,how is the best way to wire it to the 2nd tv? i have tried the tv out on the sky box and that doesnt work...help please?

    You were correct to connect the coax to the tv out on the sky box and to the aerial in on your tv.

    Did you then tune a spare channel into Sky on your second tv ?

    i did but it didnt seem to find it.but i didnt really carry on as i wasnt sure that was the correct way...is that the way to do it then ,the way i had it,should it have found it on a search on my 2nd tv?

    Yes it should have found Sky when searching but if it doesn't you can set Sky to output to a specific channel number. To do this:

    [FONT=Verdana, Arial]Press 'Services' on the Sky remote, type 4 0 1 quickly then press Select[/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial][/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial]Select Option 4 "RF outlets" [/FONT]

    [FONT=Verdana, Arial]Change the RF channel number to any number between 21 and 68 but don't select a number that's already tuned to another channel (if you use your tv for analogue pictures too)[/FONT]

    its on 68 should i leave it on that?

    If you still can't tune it in then try another number until you can.
