Anyone any knowledge of "TeleSeal10" ?

Since we had our "new" bathroom two years ago, we've had endless problems with the sealant around the bath going grey/black. We've tried all the "recommended" sealants, but the same happens every time and, after replacing it five times, it's happened again and it's ruining the look of the bathroom. We meticulously wipe round the sealant every time we bath/shower and have done everything recommended by the bathroom company.
I've done a bit of research and have discovered "the award winning" Teleseal10 ... a uPVC seal which replaces sealant and is supposed to last the life of your bathroom. Has anyone heard of this, or better still fitted it?
It sounds as if it could be the answer to our problems, but it is quite expensive, so it would be good to know of someone who's tried it out.
Thanks,
Mimi

the answer could be a fan and SANITARY silicone
sounds like a ventilation problembaldly going on...0 -
We've fitted some - it's been fine. We fitted it because the silicone kept splitting resulting in leaks, Teleseal has a greater expansion range than silicone and touch wood since fitting last year we haven't had any more leaks.0

Many thanks for the replies folks.
Baldelectrician : we had a fan installed in our new bathroom at the same time it was fitted ... it's done nothing to prevent the problem. Also, we already have sanitary silicone around the bath.
Jonesya : Thanks for the info. Is it easy to fit? We're a bit wary of doing it ourselves if we decide to try it out.
Cheers,

is the fan ventind to outside?
Put a paper against the grille and see it it is pulled inwards. It may be making the 'right noises' but not doing the jobbaldly going on...0 -
I've found the only way to stop sealant going black is the wipe round the bath after use... No wetness, no mould.0
