I have wrote to play.com to ask why the voucher has been pulled. This is false advertisement!!
  • I was looking forward to ordering groceries using the ' WaitroseDeliver' £15 off a £50 spend voucher code but Waitrose will not deliver from my local store even though their web site stated that the store delivers to my postcode. ''Only by using Ocado'' claimed the help line assistant rendering the voucher useless!

I'm just within the North London border and less than a quarter mile from my local store. How frustrating! I'm baffled why so many of us in London don't have Waitrose deliver groceries that are ordered on line.

I did read ''It's not available in all areas''

It sounds like it's not available in most areas or is it just London that's void?

You just enter your details on the online form and choose your local Pizza Hut where you want to eat.

    Thanks, Rob
  • There are lots of offer and discounts available through Enjoy England and it is worth having a look - 20% discounts on some.
Thought it may be worth a mention.

    Have fun.

  • If you buy anything at Superdrug at the moment you will be given a voucher offering 10% off your next shop if you complete an online survey beforehand. A minimum spend of £10 is required. I used mine and was given another voucher with my receipt.
  • Boots - spend £5 and get 2 x £5 vouchers - Spend to save voucher

Spend £5 on products in Boots and you'll receive two separate £5 vouchers, one to spend on the Boots No.7 skincare range (including cosmetics, skincare, suncare & No.7 for Men and Ruby and Millie cosmetics) and another one to spend on the Boots facial skincare range - redeemable on brands such as L'Oreal, Olay and the Sanctuary.

This means if you’re spending a fiver in Boots anyway you could pick yourself up a free eyeliner from the No.7 range with one voucher and get a fair whack off a fancy anti-wrinkle cream with the other!

To qualify for the voucher you need to spend before 9 September. The spend needed is £5 on any product excluding stamps, gift vouchers, gift cards, items on pharmacy prescriptions and infant milks (up to 6 months), and you will be handed your vouchers at the counter. Vouchers are valid until 14 September 08 and can only be used in-store.
I was offered these vouchers when spending in Boots today but refused them as no. 7, L'Oreal etc are not cruelty free. I believe cosmetic products should be and most are not. Boots are particularly bad. i am definitely"not worth it" when it comes to animal testing. If you care, try M&S, Sainsbury' and Coops own brand toiletries and cosmetics. Sadly Bodyshop who have no animal testing are now owned by L'Oreal who do. Otherwise Beauty without cruelty, Lush or internet purchases after a crueltyfree search.
