The lack of access to this offer seems to be the same in SW London too - not getting any joy from branches in Putney, Sheen or Richmond. Guess they want us to use Ocadao...

However, if you're planning a party, the Entertaining stuff is very good and it looks like there's a discount on that. I've used it before when I used to organise meetings and conferences and had no complaints.

Actually, I don't think this is just excluding most of London - it only seems to APPLY to a very few stores around the country.

The website isn't at all clear. It let's you book a slot at your local shop but then won't let you order anything except from the Entertaining section (but then won't let you order anything from there either because your slot doesn't give enough notice!).

I complained about this to Waitrose and got a fairly bald response, simply confirming the details of the WaitroseDeliver service, which I didn't think was at all up to their usual standard of customer service.
  • I have tried to print coupons as advised on this site and through couponNet via lycos and manufacturers own web site but keep being told that they presently do not support the link to my printer then I am advised to click 'start' go to printer/faxes, log onto 'properties' and then 'advanced' and removed the tick from the relevant box so that I should then be able to print when I retry but nothing happens and I keep getting the same message and going over the instruction yet again and yet again nothing. I did get the Marie Claire vouchers but not Pedigree and others from the same source.
I cannot see that I am doing anything wrong. I have a Brother printer but cannot see why that would be the problem.
Are they blocking the site for some users?
Any advice please as I would like to be able to use these free vouchers and save some money at the supermarket.
    Thanks

    Goldilocks:

Try the Kraft Philadelphia or Benecol links as featured on this site, one of them, sorry can't remember which, will download the coupon printer for you. HTH.

    Waitrose £15 off

I would not recommend this deal. I used it the first week to get storecupboard and freezer items and that was ok.

This week however I bought mostly fruit and fridge stuff. My delivery came as agreed atbetween 6pm and 8pm on 31st July.

All the fruit, yoghurts and cooked meats had a ` best by` date of 1st August - which in fact was only a few hours away when I received the order.

Not Good - I have sent an email to complain to waitrose.
Make £2 a day challenge - doing well so far.

Yes, I was impressed with my first shop in the week, but my second shop yesterday arrived ten minutes after the end of my timeslot and was missing quite a few key items. I had planned a special fish dinner for last night, and they hadn't been able to supply my lemon sole fillets, so I had to make a special trip to the supermarket anyway. Plus the liquid washing detergent had leaked everywhere too. Not overly impressed - wouldn't say any better than Tesco.

  • Hello
Just wanted to say that I was in Tesco this week and saw the internet store shopper putting strawberries with that days use by in the trolley despite picking up and then putting down a use by further on - perhaps all stores have a policy to get rid of their older fresh fruit in this way?

I never buy fresh food other than milk when intenet shopping!!

I have complained when the items have hours left and got my money back!

We feel that it is better to choose fresh foods yourself!! Fresh is a touchy feely thing!! (smelly too!!!)

My friend goes to waitrose for the best before offers!! These are reduced dramatically possibly to 25%!! Even these have a couple of days left!!

Complain - if they are like Tesco you will be refunded!! Or tell them to come and collect the goods and replace them with ones with a reasonable lifespan!!

  • Buy News of the World on Sunday 10th Aug and get a £5 off shopping at Tesco when u spend over £30 - newspaper costs 95p but saves you £4 off your usual shopping - look out for repeat vouchers with this paper - they run them regularly (I've had 3 in the last month). One voucher per transaction, vouchers are valid for a week - I bought 3 papers and seperated some shopping in one week for additional savings. Nerdy I know but I spend alot in Tescos on my weekly shop so saved a little!!
