Otherwise this issue looks like it'll have you moaning for months to come, and it'd be a shame to ruin Christmas over something like this.

How can it be geniune when you admit to not directly quoting it 'at the time'? And how do you know 'I did post it' - are you able to see into my mind by some mysterious method? If so, you aren't very good at it because the fact remains that I didn't post what you quoted there.

If Christmas is ruined because of something like this, it'll only be because there are some arrogant short-sighted people like you working in Tesco's Customer Service Department.

I do have the means to get a lift to Tesco, but I'd rather keep this faulty cooler than give it back and have nothing at all, that is, unless you have a better idea which doesn't involve me spending more money on a new cooler.
