BG Online Paperless Billing - GO CHECK NOW
Hi, apologies if this appears twice but board keeps asking me to sign in and everything goes blank! Please go check your BG online paperless billing as it appears to have gone mad since the recent site update! Last week it said I was in credit by £400 on my electricity account (don't know why) it said bill could not be viewed as it was being updated due to site updates, now this week it says I owe over £800! The problem is all my paid bills/invoices can no longer be accessed, it just says this bill has been superceded. Does anyone know how I can view these bills, I didn't make copies as I thought they were being stored in my BG account. The problem is I can no longer prove what I've paid for what meter readings. My last bill was overestimated for instance so BG actually owe me money! But how do I prove it without copies of the bills! Any help appreciated.

I just checked my online account and everything is as normal. All bills are there, so don't know what's happened with yours. BTW, is your handle your birthday. If so, we share it:beer:0

Hi, thank you for your reply. Was hoping someone else had experienced something similar and knew how to get copies of bills back. All I can say to people reading this is please print copies of your bills as BG can and will delete them! I originally received an estimated bill in May which I paid, this new bill now says it is based on a reading took by their meter reader in May which is, and this is really odd, identical to the reading I took myself just yesterday!! The bill I paid was in fact overestimated with their estimated meter figure higher than it actually is now!
Happy Birthday for November! I think I must've registered on Nov 2nd, can't think why else I'd have chosen it!0
