Feel like crap everynnight-hayfever seems worse now???
Anyone know why?
Mine gets worse on a night sometimes too as pollen is all over your clothes and in your hair from the day.
Apparantly you should get undressed out of the bedroom too and have a shower to get the pollen out of your hair so that you are not spreading the nasty stuff around your bedroom.
Or I could be talking total rollocks:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
