Just thought I would update this thread by saying Sodexho (Childcare Voucher Scheme) have been very good with us, money is credited to our account on time to enable us to transfer straight over, there is a facility to do it automatically every months as well.

Thumbs up from me, for anyone who is considering it.

Husband does get sad when his pay comes and its £243 down, but much easier to deal with :)

About 5 yrs too late for some of us! Makes me laugh the government implement this new scheme yet its taken so long for the forces to 'activate' it.
  • JPA is a nightmare to try and administer ANYTHING (including pay).

I asked if the Cycle scheme (where you can buy a bike cheap through a tax relief scheme) could be introduced, and was told it had taken years to make the Childcare scheme workaround and there was no chance of anything else being introduced!
