    Hm, I may have messed up, I'll recheck.

    Actually, I'll use the interest calculator, in case I'm doing something wrong.

    Over 36 months, 6.7% AER - £38000 earns £6443.77 in interest.

    Over 36 months, 5 of which are at 5.7% AER, and the remaining 31 are at 7% AER, £38000 earns (712.62 + 5851.40) = £6564.02.

    Yes, I meant £130 ish!
