Thanks for your reply.
I've not entered on that site before so all new to me!
hi clutterfree, this thread may help, starts at post #452
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=994003&page=23
some of the answers are interactive, they run in conjuntion with the other puzzler mags sometimes, so when hjb123 or someone does the online postings it will fill in the comp for you, then if me or someone else does the magazine entrys to enter on here, it's filled in for you ...
new to the puzzler comps ? please read VelvetGloves guide ...
- 8 - I don’t understand the Puzzler thread, there are lots of comps in there but how I do enter them?

Occasionally, when you enter the comps for a particular magazine you will notice that one of the answer boxes is already completed. This happens because an online comp you have completed has been supplied with the answer from another magazine or an image posted on here by whoever supplies the competition answers, sometimes the puzzler magazines run in conjunction with each other so therefore the answer will be filled in for you.please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
Also, don't forget about the Comping Guide. There is a whole bit dedicated to this thread & how it works as I was so confused with it when I first started doing these
You can find it in the Comping Guide, More Advanced section & scroll down to 8 I don’t understand the Puzzler thread, there are lots of comps in there but how I do enter them?
If any of the experienced Puzzler peeps have a chance to take a quick look I'd be grateful if you could let me know if there is anything that needs correcting / updating / or even anything that you think could be added to make that item even better!(If you think of something you can either post on the Comping Guide thread or pm me, your choice
)
Thanks!Sad because you don't know what to do? :sad: Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -

Colour Codings
These just show which mags have comps with the same comp ID (i.e., the same answer is published in a few different mags which have different puzzles to be solved to reach that single answer. Handy if you like Crosswords but hate Code Words).
so the colour codings etc on the guide don't match up now.
