Scottish Power H2O Tariff - fixed?
I've recently moved and have gone onto a comparison site to look for a fixed or capped tariff as Martin recommends. The cheapest on the standard page is EON, but when I clicked on the 'Green' tab the Scottish Power H20 tariffis coming up as cheaper. However, when I click on the details button it's not working so I can't check whether this is a fixed rate tariff or not (and the scottish power website is useless!)
Does anyone know if ths is a fixed rate tariff or not? Thank you!
