Stop paying your Creditors and any bills that will be wiped through the Bankcruptcy and use that to pay the Fees, thats what everyone does, although Im using my Incapacity Benefit Backpay.

You could try one of the trusts though they aren't being that "generous" from what i've heard ... might be worth a try though?
